Learn how to interact and bond with your baby, while the baby is in utero. This unique, very hands-on program helps bond both parents and baby “before” the baby enters the world. Through interactive exercises, both parents are taught unique ways to communicate with their unborn child, as well as face fears and anxieties regarding parenting. Parents are taught how they can actually “architect” the newborns brain development, and help ensure an emotionally happy, healthy and balanced baby. This program is geared toward the spiritual development of the couple and baby, and is based on a foundation of recent research in this field.

Infant Massage
Learn stroking movements that will remind your baby of his or her secure and protected environment in the womb. Psychologists specializing in early childhood development have discovered that when a child is made to feel secure through touch, there is a speeding up of nerve growth, increased cellular activity, and endocrine function. Being touched is the baby’s first real experience of love as well. Learn how to enhance all aspects of your infant’s well-being by giving him or her a “baby massage”. Studies show that infant massage positively impacts the demeanor of the baby receiving it, as well as increases overall good health by:

  • Stimulating growth-promoting substances
  • Promoting brain growth
  • Improving digestion
  • Improving behavior
  • Promoting baby’s self-esteem
  • Improving sleep patterns

This is a great opportunity for mothers and fathers to bond with their baby.

This class is taught privately and/or in a group.
