Allow a certified, qualified
and experienced Massage Therapist who specializes in assisting women through
their labor help make your birthing experience more enjoyable. Through
effleurage strokes, allow your body to become relaxed and comfortable,
even through labor contractions. Your therapist is experienced in using
labor techniques such as the hip squeeze, counter pressure and sciatica
release. For the woman who has made having a natural birth her priority,
a Labor Masseuse is a must. For women who simply want to reach the height
of relaxation during their labor, this practice is for you as well.
How it all works:
- A deposit of $200 (2 hours)
is required to retain the Labor Masseuse’ services, and confirm
or “hold” your EDD (Expected Due Date) on the calendar.
- The Labor Masseuse is then
“On-Call” for you until your labor commences.
- At the time of your labor,
you are guaranteed 2 hours of massage time. You are able to extend the
time once the therapist is there if you like.
- Payment for additional
time is due before the therapist leaves the hospital or birth.

with contraction pain)
- Should and neck massage
