This 90 minute in- home session is designed to bring calm, clarity, and confidence to your feeding journey in the comfort of your own home. I provide compassionate, hands - on support for common concerns such as latching difficulties, sore nipples, low supply, bottle introduction, pumping and more.

Up to 45 minutes of virtual breastfeeding help, and or troubleshooting.

A 2 hour personalized session tailored to your needs. This class is designed to equip you, and your partner with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to approach birth on your terms.

We’ll cover everything from physiology and stages of labor, to informed decision making, comfort measures, partner support, birth plans, interventions, and postpartum care.

60- 90 minutes, we will go over in detail all of your choices and preferences, for true informed consent. In person or virtual.

In this 2 hour, in-home session, together we’ll:

-Explore practical comfort measures (positions, counter pressure, massage techniques)

- Practice breathwork and movement sequences tailored to your unique flow.

- Create a personalized toolkit of props and DIY comfort aids (birthing ball, DIY perineal massage)

-Coach your partner in supportive touch and communication cues.

- Discuss your birth preferences and how to advocate for them in any setting
